Jacques Cronje, after 15 years of experience in both the construction and design of timber buildings, and as a result of his passion for timber homes, started his own practice ‘ Jacques Cronje Timber Design’ in 2007. The primary focus is the design and provision of architectural services for timber homes and resorts. The practice is based in Cape Town. While primarily undertaking projects in the greater Cape Town and Garden Route areas, we are also currently busy with projects as far a field as mPumalanga and Mocambique.

The aim of the company is to provide architectural design excellence as well as solutions that minimise environmental impact and maximise the efficient utilisation of materials, while focusing on the specific requirements of each client and site
